The residential and commercial building in Metković has been conceived as a contemporary response to the needs of urban living, while respecting the local context, climatic conditions, and seismic requirements of the area.

Situated in the heart of the Neretva Valley, in a town renowned for its rich history, proximity to natural beauty, and the vibrant blend of river and Mediterranean ambience, the building thoughtfully balances functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability through its architectural expression.

The courtyard behind the building is envisioned as a small green oasis—a space for socializing, relaxation, and play. Alongside a modern children’s playground, this courtyard fosters a sense of community and further enhances the quality of life within the building.
